These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the b9gane platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonus offers, and financial transactions. Please read this document carefully before using any b9gane service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any b9gane service. Creating an account on behalf of another person or misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions on the b9gane platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
All bonus funds credited to your b9gane account carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated at the point of bonus activation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9gane login credentials. b9gane will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your legal responsibility until you report a compromise in writing.
Fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit system errors are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure, voiding of all balances, and potential legal referral.
b9gane provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Use of these tools is strongly encouraged. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to re-register under a different identity during the exclusion period.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b9gane ("b9gane", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the b9gane website, mobile-optimised browser interface, games lobby, sportsbook, live casino, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and any other services offered under the b9gane brand (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the b9gane Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and b9gane.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
The b9gane Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. b9gane reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings generated by an underage Account will be voided and forfeited.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the b9gane Platform. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. b9gane employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances contained therein will be voided without compensation.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. b9gane is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
Before processing any withdrawal, b9gane requires successful completion of KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the b9gane Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. b9gane makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any Platform protections or dispute resolution assistance.
You are responsible for keeping your b9gane username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. b9gane will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your legal responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b9gane immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. b9gane will investigate all reports of unauthorised access but cannot guarantee recovery of funds that were wagered or withdrawn prior to the notification being received.
All b9gane Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once your Account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. All deposits, balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals will be expressed and processed in PKR.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. b9gane reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified in advance of any fees being applied and will be given an opportunity to reactivate their Account.
b9gane accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are published on the cashier page and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your b9gane Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to clear, depending on the sending institution. b9gane is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days. VIP Black Diamond tier players receive priority processing within five (5) minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. b9gane reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
Withdrawals are only available to Players who have: (a) completed full KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit using a real-money payment method; and (c) met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method that belongs to the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in PKR. b9gane does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which b9gane accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by b9gane are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and take precedence over these general Terms where they differ. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses.
Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be converted to Real-Money Funds and withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements at b9gane range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the bonus terms at the time of activation.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically thirty (30) days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not cleared wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account without compensation.
b9gane takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to deplete wagering requirements without genuine play intent; arbitrage betting across multiple Accounts or with third parties; systematic exploitation of bonus terms through coordinated play — are all classified as bonus abuse. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, associated winnings, and any Real-Money Funds obtained through abusive play voided.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. b9gane reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the one-per-player restriction has been circumvented.
The b9gane game library, including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and arcade titles, is subject to change without prior notice. b9gane reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the Platform at any time. The unavailability of a specific game does not constitute grounds for compensation.
All non-live casino games on the b9gane Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided within each game's information panel.
In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, bets that have already been placed and accepted by the b9gane system will stand and be settled according to the outcome. b9gane is not responsible for network failures, device issues, or interruptions caused by third-party internet service providers. Players are encouraged to use a stable internet connection when engaging in real-money play.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in game software or pricing, b9gane reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players. "Void and return stake" is the sole remedy available to Players in the event of a malfunction — winnings generated as a result of a system error are not payable.
All sports bets placed on the b9gane Platform are subject to acceptance at b9gane's discretion. b9gane reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Account Balance.
Sports betting odds on the b9gane Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet selection may differ from the odds at the time of confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the point of final acceptance.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond forty-eight (48) hours, obvious pricing errors, or the retirement of a participant before the conclusion of the event. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (evens), returning the original stake to the Player's Account.
In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time and are subject to faster odds movements and earlier market suspension than pre-match markets. b9gane does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event, including PSL fixtures, Test matches, and T20 internationals. b9gane's settlement of in-play bets is final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process in these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9gane Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:
All content on the b9gane Platform — including but not limited to the b9gane brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of b9gane or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the b9gane Platform without prior written consent from b9gane.
b9gane collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.
b9gane implements 256-bit SSL encryption and server-side security controls to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details of your data rights and how to exercise them, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register under a different name, email address, or identity during the exclusion period. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9gane's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their b9gane Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b9gane shall not be liable for any: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from system downtime, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events; (d) gambling losses arising from the Player's own decisions and wagering activity.
Nothing in these Terms limits b9gane's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
b9gane reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; regulatory requirement; or at b9gane's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account is considered contrary to b9gane's interests or those of the wider player community.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting b9gane support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any Real-Money Funds remaining in your Balance after deduction of applicable bonuses and wagering obligations will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Closure does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
b9gane reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under b9gane's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact b9gane support to seek an informal resolution.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution process provided under b9gane's licensing authority. The decision of the appointed adjudicator shall be binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
